filing fee for one state $24.99 with Premier

I bought Premier to file 3 federal returns and it says one state free but they want$24.99 to file ? I am filing one state. How do I get my one free state free ?

The $24.99 fee is to e-file the state income tax return. One free state download is available but not the e-file fee.

Just print out the state return and mail it in.

Who gets the $24.99? The State or Intuits profits? I am gonna switch to H and R Block next year as they allow users to transmit their returns to the state for free.
