Several months ago, I received a letter from the state (I think) that said there was some change and I could file an amended return for some tax credit or something like that. The letter got lost over the months because I was not able to get my federal done until last month. Does anyone know about this and know what I need to do? I think the letter cam from my state (Idaho) but I am not sure.

You might want to contact the state for verification.

Not sure how we can help. Contact the state where you think the letter originated from.

@avoidants TurboTax never gets any information from the IRS or your state after you file your tax return, so no one at TurboTax knows anything about a letter that was sent to you.   The suggestion to contact the state is a good one---ask your state if they sent you a letter.   Ask them to re-send it so you can see what might need to be changed on your return.
