Fiduciary Form 1041 for SC

I recently purchased Turbo Tax Business to prepare taxes for an estate tax return for South Carolina. After completing the federal 1041, it was discovered the Turbo Tax does not provide a Fiduciary form SC1041 for the state of South Carolina. HELP!!!
