Hawaii Form N-11, line 27, 4th box is to be checked if entering state tax from Hawaii Form N-615 (not included in Turbotax), but Turbotax forms view is not allowing me to check that box, even after deleting all Hawaii forms, starting the interview again, and entering into the box on line 27 the amount of tax from N-615, line 18.
If you are working on the desktop version, you can go into FORMS mode and override that box. Otherwise, you are not able to get the box selected through the program since the form is not a part of the program.
Since you intend to mail in the forms, white out is another option.
Form N-615 Instructions, Rev. 2020 - Hawaii.gov is the kiddie tax for HI. For children under 14 with unearned income over $1,000.
