Error with NonResident Filing on PA-40

This specific error pops up when trying to file Nonresident:

Information Worksheet: NonResident cannot be checked if filing a final return.

I qualify as a Nonresident and I see no reason I shouldn't be able to just click it. No other way to unclick the form or choose something else, just keeps looping and wont allow me to E-File.
