Electronic filing

"TP first name should not be entered directly on the WV information worksheet for electronic filing" is the message that populates when trying to e-file my returns. When corrected by entering the requested information, the program repeatedly returns to the same error. Please advise.

Are any of the forms you are using as showing not eligible for e-file here?

Thanks CarissaM. I was able to reach phone support with TurboTax. Turns out that a cache deletion, an update of TurboTax files, and a computer restart repaired my problem. My federal and two state returns executed and filed electronically without any further problems.
