I have already efiled Federal Return.  Know I am ready to efile State but Turbotax will not let me without slecting the federal.  What am I doing wrong?

    As an anti-fraud measure many states will only accept e-filed returns if they are transmitted along with the Federal return, especially if you use an online e-file system like TurboTax.
