Donations to Scholarship Granting organizations in Ohio

I'm frustrated that Turbo Tax did not offer me either a method by which I could upload my receipt for this donation OR advise me to manually file my return so that I could attach the receipt.

I paid $25 to efile only to find out that my return is now in manual review. I have uploaded the receipt to the Ohio tax department but I have no way to find out if the document is truly uploaded and is now available for review.  It appears that I may wait up to 4 months for my return!

This is very disappointing, and I've been using Turbo Tax for many years.
