Yes, when you file any non-resident state returns, TurboTax will generate the necessary state forms and help you with the entries.
You will need to clearly know how much income was earned in the non-resident state and the source of that income.
After the Federal return, you do the non-resident state return, and then last the resident state return (as resident state taxes you on all your income however you get a credit for taxes paid to non-resident state).
