Does anyone live in Utah and state refund is withheld until more documents(repeat docs from Federal Return) are submitted?

State Refund will not be issued unless Taxpayer sends in copies of W-2, 1099, and pics of ID.

The state can hold the return for any reason they deem necessary and will not finish processing the return until you comply with their request.  Call the number on the notice if you have questions on the notice they sent.
