My company is in a different state from where I live. The company headquarters is in another state. They give me a car to use that is registered in their state but I never, ever work in their state. Do I still need to file in two states?

No, you just need to file in the state that you lived in unless the company reported income to both states. If so, then you may need to file a non-resident return to receive a refund or credit for the withholding taxes paid in that state.
