Why is my Kentucky refund being mailed instead of direct deposited?

Direct Deposit

Only KY can answer that, but perhaps the deposit bounced back.  But direct deposit is available for those filing Form 740 only.

Thank you for the reply.

Turbo Tax prepared a 740NP for my KY return.  TT never gave me the option to enter bank info for my KY refund.  TT said it would be mailed. 

Is that because the return is 740NP, not just 740?
