where do I add this $400 credit to my tax return

To add your $400 Delaware Volunteer Firefighter Credit to your Delaware state income tax return in TurboTax, please follow these steps:

In your return, select State Taxes tab
Proceed through the state interview section for Delaware, answering all questions on residency and income, and proceed into the credits section, until you arrive at a page entitled "Eligible for Nonrefundable Credits?"
Select Yes radio button
On next page entitled Enter Your Nonrefundable Credits", click on Continue button
Next page is "Volunteer Firefighter's Credit" - enter your Firefighter's Credit of $400 and your Fire Company Number, and click on Continue
