TurboTax reports that Delaware is not ready for efile. It was due on 2/6. Is this still valid or is this a bug. Delaware treasury websites say nothing of any forms being unavailable and taxact list all Delaware forms available for efile for 2019.

Today I tried updating turbo tax again. Still no form. I uninstalled Turbotax and reinstalled. The form was there and my refund went up $200. Turbo tax was not updating.
Please see the link below for more information on available tax forms in your state:
There is nothing useful at this link. The DE schedule A is not a listed form under Delaware. The site says if the form isn’t listed it’s not available. How is that possible? It’s the basic resident itemized deductions form.
What is important is when the form is available in TurboTax. After a state releases a form, it still takes time for TurboTax get make its own electronic version of the form, get it approved by the state, and then code AND test the software to support the form.
This last work takes some time, especially at this time of year.
Please go back to the screen where TurboTax told you in the state review that Sch A PIT-RSA was not available to file. Click on "I want to sign up for email notifications".
This way, you will be emailed when the form is available.

I e-file my Delaware state tax on 2/12/2022 and now the division of revenue can't find my return. Why is that???
