deduction from account

Turbo Tax deducted $24.99 from my credit card but then told me I could not file electronically because it won't file our Federal Return electronically.....I want it credited back to my card!

How does that happen?

you should have gotten a rejection message for the federal.   if the federal is rejected you can't efile the state.   if you post the rejection message here we may be ablre to help.

I filed both together, the PA state deducted money for filing before rejection of Federal came through. I can't refile state until the Federal files and it's going to be mailed! Frustrated.
