Dates Turbo Tax will submit your return

Two part question. Does Turbo Tax hold on to Federal Return until the IRS date of January 29th. If so, does it also hold on to the State tax return even though it can be submitted earlier?

#1 Yes it will sit on TT servers until the IRS starts pulling them on Jan 29

#2 Yes you can not efile state until the federal is accepted.  So I don't know if you can still submit state too at the same time as federal.  But most states are not ready yet anyway.
