Data Import Failure

Why won't my Edward Jones information import to Turbo Tax Deluxe?  I've tried several times.  It says "Connected" and that it has the tax info, but nothing shows up.  I'm working on 1099-INT.

If it continues to be a problem, just change how you enter it and "Type it in Myself"....using the paper 1099-INT copy from your account's Consolidated Tax Statement,
