When trying to efile my Ct state taxes, Turbo Tax save the file but wont lef me continue

You cannot efile state until your efile Federal.  The IRS does not open for doing that until Feb 12.

I am using Turbotax premiere. I am trying to file my CT return after my Federal  has been accepted.

The program will not let me pay the $25 and efile CT although it has been accepted.

Has anyone else had this problem? If so, what did you do to remedy it?
