Cross River Bank State Refund

I would like to know once your state refund is deposited to Cross River, how long is it taking other to receive their refund.  Seems as though a lot are having the same issues as us, no one seems to know how to track our refund or when we will get it.  State refunded us on 03/11, I paid 35.00 for the 5 day refund, however we are still waiting.

After you file your taxes and the IRS approves your return, they set a refund date and send that information to the bank on a schedule. Because of that, there’s usually a wait (about 21 days) before you get your money.

Thank you, the State already refunded my money as I tracked it.  It was approved and refunded on 03/10;  now that is was refunded when can I expect it from cross river.  I spoke to someone last week and they said it would be deposited to me on 3/17; however, I don't have it nor any information.
