Connecticut Amended Return / Multi

<P>I am CT resident - recently received corrected 1099-DIV -- so I created amended returns. When I electronically filed, both Federal and New York when through and are accepted -- why did TurboTax NOT re-electronically file my Connecticut amended return. The change in CT taxes is only ($7). Do i have to file on paper the second time for CT?</P><P> </P>
