confused on State filing and paying

I finished both state, Utah, and Federal.  Federal was accepted, but so far State is pending. I owe to state and from my understanding I need to mail a check.  Turbotax did not proved any form for this, so I don't know what to do.  Even if there is a way to pay the state online, I need information for the state. 

How can i pay the State without the tax forms?  Turbotax did not offer me a way to print the state form.  How do I find it?

You can print your Utah tax forms by logging into Print Center and selecting Utah.

1. Tap Tax Tools in the left column
2. Select Print Center
3. Select Print, save or preview this year’s return
4. Check the box 2021 Utah return, then View or print forms

Your Utah tax due is on line 40 of Form TC-40.

Your payment coupon is Form TC-457. You can ePay at the Taxpayer Access Point.
