Colorado Tax filing question

I E-filed both Fed & CO State taxes 1/23/23. The Federal was accepted & have already received refund. CO had an issue and could not begin accepting returns until a few weeks later. TurboTax shows status of state as pending & CO Dept of Revenue shows return not received. When I went into TT to check status today there were several CO updates downloaded prior to program opening. Since the update the total tax owed changed from 4,810 to 4,703 and refund from 1,157 to 1,264. The updates had something to do with CO taxes. Now what do I do? I don't want to e-file again and pay $20, should I mail in the new updated return? Any help appreciated!
