Colorado State tax return 2022 will not start

Hi, I am using Turbotax Premier CD and I can not start the Colorado State tax return. When I pres the "Start" button, the program seems to download CO state updates, confirms my software is up to date but stays at the same screen and fails to continue with the CO state return. I've pressed the "start" button multiple times with the same result. Can you please help me with a fix.
