I thought I paid Turbotax to efile my State Tax REturn to Colorado. It hasn't hit my back and it has been 2 weeks already. Turbo Tax only wrote on the front sheet that "you elected to pay by direct debit using the following info..." Other than that, I never got an email from turbotax on the state return like I did with the Federal Return. Can someone please help. Is there a place on CO Revenue that specifies "direct debit" .l...I see they have a "refund" status, but no direct debit. If I put the info in the return status, it says it hasn't rec'd my return yet?? Please help!
THANKS

Yeah it looks like CO doesn't have direct debit like the IRS. You need to mail a check or go online to pay it. See page 8 line 37 amount you owe.

How to pay CO
Do you have a CO state tax due? Check the printout or PDF of your return; look for the state cover sheet with the Turbo Tax logo. If you owed tax, it will show the payment information and how/when you decided to pay. Read the state payment instructions carefully since most states cannot be paid from within the TT system and requires additional steps.

How to pay CO
Hi,
Thank you for all your time. Yes I have that TT coversheet and it had my info with what date I asked for direct debit to come out. This is all interesting to me bc I've done this before and TTaskd for my bank account. So I will read up on the other files you have mentioned. I just don't want to pay twice...once is enough. Thanks again for all your help and have a wonderful evening. 🙂
