Cannot e-file NJ - cannot find attachment

Business Turbotax 2020 version 2020.48.21.77

I am unable to e-file. tells me attachment not found. There is a 'New Attachment' in the list. See attached pic

adding addl. attachment for completeness

Please try to delete the file(s) and then reattach them. If it isn't possible to efile after performing this action, you can print and email the returns. Here is a link to the NYS Dept of Finance: https://www.tax.ny.gov/forms/corp_s_forms.htm
