Cannot e-file Minnesota MN Partnership Return (Form M3) for 2021

I cannot submit our Minnesota MN partnership return (Form M3) for 2021 using TurboTax business software.

I get the following message

"The following return cannot be filed electronically.

- Minnesota Return"

When I go to the MN Department of Revenue website, it states that TurboTax is one of the software products that provides electronic filing of MN business entity returns including Partnership Form M3.

The partnership forms are print only for Minnesota.

So, you are saying the MN DoR has provided incorrect information?

That appears to be the case. 

In TurboTax Business, all of the state return forms for Minnesota (1120, 1120-S, 1065) are print only.
