Last year, I purchased the TurboTax "Deluxe + State - 2019" software from Amazon for Mac.
I'm just getting around to processing due to some missing supporting forms which I have finally acquired.
I have already, just, finished entering all my information into the "Federal" portion of the program.
When I attempt to proceed with "Downloading State" portion, I am prompted with an error message which reads, " It seems we have hit a snag."
No matter what I've attempted, I cannot proceed beyond the "snag."
I have:
-Updated to Latest Computer Driver Version
-Updated TurboTax software.
-Restarted Computer.
-Shutdown and restarted computer.
-Uninstalled and reinstalled program.
...no progress beyond the "snag."
