Can't download state, caught in loop.

Still stuck in loop downloading Illinois state forms. I see Virginia posts that their state does not download correctly either. Still no updated response from TT as their previous methods for a fix don't work either.

Understand the frustration, but there's not much that can be done at this point beyond waiting for a new release (hopefully in the near future).
