California State Return 2020 Pending

I electronically filed both my 2020 Federal & California State taxes at the same time.  My Federal return was accepted on February 11th, but the California State return shows pending.  It states I should check back in 24 hours which I have been doing but still shows pending.

Is California FTB not accepting electronically filed returns right now?

Based on postings here and elsewhere, CA seems really slow this year.

THIS IS FROM ANOTHER MESSAGE STREAM:

Turbotax is working on proper instructions and will have something to us by the end of the week. Now not everyone will have the same response as there is a million different things which can be wrong but they are working on it and we just have to be patient.

Did they take accountability and apologize, No, and I made it clear to them the lack of clear communication was a big problem. But rest assured they are well aware of it and have a mitigation plan in place.
