California Form 568 Forced Upon Me - I no longer have LLC

If anyone can help me figure this out, I'd appreciate it. I used to have LLCs in prior years that I used Turbo Tax. In 2023, I worked as a sole proprietor (ebay seller) without LLCs. Turbo Tax is forcing me to fill out form 568 for 2023 and I can't figure out how to remove it.

California Form 568 Forced Upon Me - I no longer have LLC

If you no longer have LLCs, you should report that the businesses closed in the federal taxes section to eliminate Schedule C for those businesses. This should remove the businesses from your California state tax return as well as any Forms 568.

For your current Schedule C business, follow these steps to confirm you have reported the business is not a SMLLC:

  1. Open your return and click on State Taxes.
  2. On the California Taxes page, click Edit beside Income and adjustments.
  3. Under Business, click Start/Revisit beside Business Profit or Loss Adjustment.
  4. Click Edit beside the business that's creating Form 568.
  5. Click "NO" that this business was not owned by a Single Member LLC.
  6. If necessary, delete any remaining Forms 568 from your forms list.

Thank you!!

California Form 568 Forced Upon Me - I no longer have LLC

Since you seem to know what you're doing, may I ask another question? My taxes owed (Federal) increased when I contributed more to my SEP-IRA. It may or may not have to do with the affordable care act health insurance but I can't figure it out; also it asked how much of the contribution is attributed to my ecommerce business, and I don't know what the correct answer to that question is. Thank you for your time.
