California Apportionment

I am working in Turbo Tax California for 2023. I do not see where I would Indicate I am apportioning income. Can someone tell me what form and box I would need to fill out to indicate I want to activate the apportionment feature?  Thank you.

California Apportionment

You would be prompted to apportion your California income if you indicated that you were a Part-Year or Nonresident.
