Ca state refund bigger than Federal?

My CA state refund ($890)  is bigger than my Federal refund ($782). This can't be correct.  I have never had a CA refund more than a a couple of hundred dollars.  My Fed refund has always been a few thousand dollars more. 

Turb Tax needs to send an update soon so I can turn in my taxes.  I don't want to have to amend my return.
