CA State E-file Rejected - 540 form?

My CA state return was rejected, but I am unsure of why exactly. I'm not sure if this is an error I can fix, or if this is a TurboTax problem.

I received this error:

It sounds like I have to wait for TurboTax to correct this, but I thought that the e-file of the state return went through, it was just rejected.

Hi Gabi - do you have any context/information on how my specific issue relates to the link you provided? Nothing about that solution seems to apply to the error I am receiving.

    My mistake & reporting back.
Were you able to e-file @Kss1 ? If not, were you give a rejection code?
Once there's been 5 e-file attempts, the system requires you to print and file.

For those who itemize on their CA return, CA itemizing issues.

For those having other CA issues:

Ca is really behind on releasing their forms. Turbo Tax uses drafts but cannot do anything until CA finalizes. You can check CA forms availability.

Please note that there are many CA forms that are unsupported for e-file this year.

Forgive my ignorance, but I'm confused as to how the rejection I received is related to the specific issues as mentioned above. From what I'm seeing, this error involves mortgages and I have no mortgage whatsoever. The error message I received is also worded completely differently from what others are reporting.

Additionally, I am able to submit the e-file -- it is getting rejected by the state and I don't understand why.

This error also seems to include folks that can't submit at all and end up in a loop. That is not the case for me.

Considering the above information, are the provided posts above actually related/include my situation?
