CA Residency status not working for 540NR, via Step-by-Step

For Tax Year 2022, because of the residency, I need to file the 540NR, instead of 540. However, at the Step-by-Step mode, I found there is NO path to trigger the 540NR.  TurboTax CA State asks for the principle address. The address is a foreign address. However, the software also requires the County info which is a dropdown box with all the CA counties, that the foreign address doesn't have. Also, the problem is that the County dropdown box doesn't allow the <blank> entry (real bug here), nor the software is accepting <no label> as selection, and so it just stuck here. 

One workaround: Go to the Form mode and manually delete 540 and select 540NR. Then, you can go back to Step-by-Step and finish whatever needs to be finished.

This bug looks rather ugly to me. Hope Intuit can fix this ASAP.

TT generates CA Form 540NR if you indicate in the Personal Info section that you are either a part-year resident or a non-resident of CA.
