CA form 568 keeps looping on TT desktop

Form 568 is available based on the TT website (https://care-cdn.prodsupportsite.a.intuit.com/forms-availability/turbotax_ca_online_individual.html). When submitting an entry, it accepts the entry and when you select continue, it loops right back. Software has been manually updated and the error still persists. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Are you trying to e-file or mail your return?

Currently that form is unavailable to be submitted by e-file.

It is for e-file. Do you know when the form will be available to e-file?

Form 568 is regrettably unsupported for e-file and must be mailed. You may view the California forms availability list here @Seandolyn.
