CA electric car rebate

I bought an Electra Mechanica Solo in 2022. I read that, even as a 3-wheel vehicle, it still qualifies for a $900 rebate in CA. I cannot find a way to enter this in Turbo Tax. Would appreciate any help.

There is a rebate program administered by the California Clean Vehicle Rebate Project which provides rebates to buyer of certain low emission vehicles. These rebates are not handled as part of the tax return.

Thank you very much for the info. Went to the website, filled out the form and then was notified that I was not eligible. Oh well--just love tax season.
