CA 568 for a SMLLC (only one) for Tax year 2021 - will Turbotax efile it along with CA state taxes?

Not sure if TurboTax is to blame or the FTB, but either way thanks for wasting my time. It's been a whole year and this form is still not e-filed. This does not inspire confidence in your product. I'm glad I took a screenshot because my intuition was to not trust this promise.

Is this true?  I have NEVER been able to efile a 568.  Ever.  And this year it won't file the state taxes at all OR the 568.  

And it seems all over these forums are customers that would agree what you're saying isn't true.
