attaching a pdf file to my West virginia state return

I cannot attach a pdf file. The Turbo tax program will not allow me to efile this return without the pdf file attached. The state tax department employee has informed me I can mail a hard copy of the required document to them. How can I proceed to efile the return without attaching the pdf file.

You can upload your PDF in TurboTax. As you are going through your West Virginia return, you should see a screen that is titled Looks like you need to attach a PDF.

Click Edit and upload the PDF form that is required.
