Yes, for purposes of determining the credit for taxes paid, jurisdiction means any state of the United States other than New Jersey; a political subdivision of any state other than New Jersey, such as a city or a municipality; or the District of Columbia.

Turbotax is not making this deduction. What is the best way that I manually deduct this in Turbotax?
