Arizona Form 348 line 1b missing checkmark in NO box

How does TurboTax Premier desktop mark the NO box in Arizona Form 348 line 1b?  Form 348 is Credit for Contributions to Certified School Tuition ORganizations - Individuals.  I do have carryover contributions from 2022 and 2023 on this form.  On form 323, Credit for Contributions to Private School Tuition Organizations, I have a carryover from 2023.  I have no contributions in 2025.

I have $0 in AZ form 323 Part 4 line 25 so that should trigger an automatic NO on AZ form 348 line 1b.   But the system is leaving it blank.  Is there a correction to the software,or a means to override and place the check myself?

Follow these steps:

1. Go to the State Taxes tab and start/edit the Arizona return.
2. Continue through AZ past income and subtractions
3. Navigate to the Credits section and look for School Tax Credits.
4. Check the box that you have a carryover for private from prior year
5. continue
6. Enter the original credit and amount used credit for each year for Form 323
7. continue
8. Enter the same information again for Form 348
9. Switch back to Forms mode and see if the no is marked.
   1. If there - you can continue to file
   2. If not, override the box
      1. Go back into step by step and go through steps 3-8 again.
      2. Switch back to Forms mode and cancel the override.
      3. It should be holding and you should be able to file.

Thanks!  My entries were already correct in the questionnaire for the prior year, so I had to manually override and adjust on the form.  Your instructions worked great for that--this is now resolved!
