I have been preparing my elderly mother's taxes for 5 years now in AZ. Each year, she has qualified for a $25 tax rebate. This year, it's not turning up on the return and I can't tell what I'm doing differently, and yet the state tax website doesn't seem to indicate that this has been discontinued. I can't see what I'm supposed to toggle that I have neglected to toggle this year. (The first year, I didn't know about this rebate and was surprised when AZ sent it to her anyway, so hopefully that will happen again even if I can't resolve the issue.) Thank you!

The Increased excise tax credit is still available and depends on the taxpayer’s income. The goal of the credit is to provide disabled and low-income individuals with financial assistance in the form of tax relief.
If her filing status is single or married filing a separate return, she may claim this credit if the amount of federal adjusted gross income on Form 140, page 1, line 12 is $12,500 or less and she is not claimed as a dependent by any other taxpayer.

Thank you. And ah! Her federal AGI is just over that limit (which it hadn't been in previous years), so that must be the difference. Thanks again!
