According to TT, Maryland owes me $29,475! I tried 2 other services & both say I owe *MD* $196. So do I assume TT is wrong & use the other or use TT & expect 29K lol

You probably typed the state withholding wrong from your W2 box 17.  Or left out the decimal point.  Check your W2.  If you imported it or took a picture you have to check it close to make sure it came in right.
