2023 CO Tabor refund

Hi,

My friend did not file 2023 taxes nor did he file for an extension. He is over 18 and is due a refund for the state of Colorado. Does he still get the 2023 Tabor refund if we are filing taxes in 2025?

Your friend can claim the 2024 TABOR refund. However, the deadline has passed to file the TABOR refund for 2023.
