2017 state return was accepted by the state of Utah Jan 29 2018, it is now 2019 and I still have not recieved the return

You need to contact Utah to check the status of your refund for your 2017 tax return.

Call 801-297-2200 or 1-800-662-4335 between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.

You will need:

your taxpayer ID number,
the amount of the refund, and
your current address.
