I have to key in 1099B by myself due to large transactions. My 1099B from Charles Schwab shows short term transactions with both box A checked and box B checked. Which one should I fill in turbotax? or both?

Both. Type A can be entered as a summary total in the correct area for the 1099-B provided there are no wash sales.
each trade must be entered for Type B.
Schwab partners with Turbotax so import should be possible unless the number of trades exceeds the max. in that case even manual entry won't work ( have found that when importing Turbotax imports each type A as a separate trade not as a summary total.)
