When will TurboTax load D-400 for 2021?
I'd like TurboTax to provide a date when form D-400 will be available?
Supposedly on or after 17 February.
The NC DOR stopped all submissions to mid-February...from everyone, to get some additional computer changes implemented...and even when the NC DOR is done, they have to let the various software companies how they want their changes implemented.....then test that the data transmissions are exactly correct.
