    (a) what are you trying to achieve ?

    (b) what is your visa status -- i.e. which visa , when did you enter this country , is this your first year filing a US return (2024 or prepping for 2025 )?

    (c) are you married  and if so to whom  ( i.e. a US person or a non-US person )?

    (d) do you have income from India and if so, for what ?
