State tax rejected

I’m having a issue with my state tax form being rejected by the irs. My federal was accepting but the state keeps getting rejected. For some reason it has my maiden name on the form while my federal has my married name. I’m not 100% sure this is the reason for the rejection. How can I get this fixed and e-file?

The IRS does not reject state tax returns; it only rejects federal returns.

Regarding your state tax return, what was the rejection message you received? Please copy and paste it in here so we can assist you better.

My state of Wisconsin 2019 tax return was rejected twice but I have NO CLUE as to why this has happened on NO ONE from Turbo Tax has contacted me yet. What the hell is going on as I paid $190.00 to you and this includes the audit amount. Please let me know what's going on as I've been a customer for 9 years. @Poppih

As a long time customer (thank you), you know that we in the Community cannot see your tax return nor the screen you are on.

Please tell us the reject code and any message with it for your Wisconsin return so that we can help you.

All I can tell you is that there was some kind of problem with Schedule I (that's eye not one) on my state filing form. Don't know what this means and why was it in error?
