KEEPS SENDING ME BACK TO THIS DEDUCTION: I DON'T KNOW WHERE TO CHANGE OR WHY IT IS ENTERED. I HAVE GONE BACK TO DEDS SEVERAL TIMES. HELP!! WON'T LET ME FILE SAYS THERE IS SOMETHING IN THERE.

    Please call or chat in to customer service and ask them to link your account to INV 22566 for updates. This is an open investigation being worked on by our tech team.

    I went to tools and delete a form and that form is not there! I’m having the same issue as everyone else and I’m in Virginia!

      Same problem here also VA, there is no form to delete this and I really need to file these I am unemployed with a 4m old and no income pls help !!!
