Schedule OS Not Populating Data in PDF

Hello,

Schedule OS has data while completing the forms.  It is flowing appropriately to the state return.  However, when I "Review" the forms, Schedule OS is included in the PDF, but no data is showing.  I have deleted all states to start over.  I have deleted Schedule OS and manually input the data.  Why is the data not populating in the PDF?

Hello!  The process had me do WI first, since that is my resident state.  The Schedule OS did not populate at all because of that.  I deleted WI, went through the MN process, then added WI back.  Schedule OS populated at that point, however the PDF was still blank.  I deleted both states after that and started with MN first then added WI.  Schedule OS populated (just like before), but the PDF was still blank.  Then I made a copy of Schedule OS and manually filled it in and deleted the original generated by TurboTax.  The PDF was still blank.

It is not an issue of the Schedule OS populating data initially.  There is information on there when I look at the state.  It is the PDF itself that populates absolutely zero data.  Not even my name or the state for which it exists.  See the screenshot from my previous message.  That is the screenshot from the PDF that is supposed to be my final return.

Thanks,

Brandi

The good news and the other news. If your forms, the tax return, are correct - you can file.

The pdfs for you are a different issue.

A full or corrupted cache can cause problems.

Online version:

  1. Log out of your return and try one or more of the following:
    • Don't use Internet Explorer.
    • Clear cache and cookies,
    • Sign in using a different browser.
    • Sign in using a different device.
  2. Log back into your return.
    • Enter the information again.

Desktop version:

  1. Look in Forms mode to see if forms are correctly filled in and print from there.

Are you talking about Schedule OS for Wisconsin?  I just did a mock return and it showed up just as it should when I looked at it in Forms.  Is the form you were talking about or was it another schedule OS for a different state?

If you could provide more information about the state or states you are looking at and what specifically you are expecting to show up on Schedule OS and whether or not this is for Wisconsin, that would be helpful.

Hello!  It is for Wisconsin.  During the "Finish and File" part, there is absolutely nothing on the PDF that generates.  The form exists.  And while completing taxes, information generated on Schedule OS. But it is not flowing to the final PDF.

I am having the same issue, the data is in the backup but doesn't print on the official PDF file and I see it in otn the main WI form as having paid to another state.  How did you get around this, I need to print this out to file since we owe $0 I am not paying $25 to file it.
